Owner, Alysha Bates, has been happily working since the day she turned 14. She has a strong work ethic and loves to learn and expand her knowledge. Her and her husband have owned and operated a successful Automotive garage in their small town for the last four years. Alysha is currently homeschooling her 2 children, rebuilding a 1967 GMC pickup and enjoys running with her 2 dogs, George and Charlie.
After more than 10 years as an employee, helping other's dreams come true, and volunteering as a local Chamber of Commerce President for the last 4 years, she recognized that there was a missing link for small business success. This missing link was available experienced support for the business owners. She took a leap this past year to open her own doors. Alysha has since successful helped businesses launch, create & sustain momentum, as well as support and develop systems that help businesses thrive.
